Cancellation Policy

Please remember this is a family friendly setting and whilst we accept golf can be frustrating, swearing and abusive language won't be tolerated. Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled round in order to choose your clubs and help us ensure the smooth running of the course, for everyone's enjoyment. If your party is more than four people you will need to book two consecutive sessions and pay according to the price per numbers for each session. eg a party of 7 would book the 10:00 and 10:10 session and pay £28 (for 4 players) and £24 (for 3 players) but would all set out, together, at 10:00. The use of our equipment is included in the price. Golf clubs (a wedge and a putter per person), score card, pencil and a ball each. Please treat this equipment and the course with due respect and care, at all times. It is your responsibility to be on time. cancel or amend your booking up to 12 hours before the 'tee off ' time. Refunds will be given with the prior notice being adhered to. Refunds will also be given if the course is in some way unplayable or if there is a problem at our end. We will view all refund requests with integrity and fairness. We have a dedicated team who maintain the course, ultimately for your fun and enjoyment but also for your safety, whilst you play. There is an extensive risk assessment for the course and surrounding area, which you can read on this site. Please don't expect the greens to be 'golf club' or world tour standard. We do our very best to provide a safe and enjoyable playing surface within a reasonable budget. We are always looking to improve the course and your playing experience, so please give feed back constructively, in order that we can continue to progress. Enjoy your game! Please be courteous and patient with other players. It's a 'hole' lot of fun.
